Despite his misleadingly conservative clothing style, Ziggy "All That Jazz" Party Guys, a dedicated at-home ragtime pianist, is a party guy! So make your home a noisy hall where there's a nightly brawl, and you might have a chance with Ziggy!
Ziggy Tutti (or Ziggy Party Guys as he is known in The Sims for console) is a Sim living in SimValley in The Sims: Bustin' Out. He is one of the few Sims that can marry the player's Sim. He is interested in Money, Politics, and Sports.
Ziggy shows up at the ending movie standing right beside Bobo the Bum. Strangely he is the only member of the Party Guys household to show up during the movie. This could be because it would be strange to see your husband or wife standing in the crowd when he/she should be walking with you.
In The Bustin' Out he lives at 2 Free Street with Peter, Rod, and Woody. In The Sims he has a fourth roommate, Randy, who is anonymously absent.
In the Sims for Console he appears in a seventies get-up as he's infested in jazz and classic music. His resemblance to Ziggy Tutti is much more different.
In The Sims Bustin 'Out for Console Ziggy appears as any other guy; walking around in a peaceful dress-shirt and raper leggings. Instead of a rather flat hair-due like Ziggy Party Guys, Tutti has wild, unruly hair that makes him appear as though he's been partying all night. Skin color is a much brighter shade of brown that Party Guys's. He is also a little bit easier to become friends with than Party Guys.
