Ziggy Tutti[BO] (or Ziggy Party Guys[TSC]) is a Sim living in SimValley. He is one of the few Sims who can marry the player's Sim.
In The Sims for console, he is a part of the Party Guys household. He is dressed in a seventies get-up as he's interested in jazz and classical music. He is interested in Money, Politics, and Sports. He also appears in the Party Motel multiplayer game. He appears in this level with his counterpart from the Party Girls household, Pamela Party Girls.
Ziggy shows up at the ending movie standing right beside Bobo the Bum. Strangely, he is the only member of the Party Guys household to show up during the movie. This could be because it would be strange to see your husband or wife standing in the crowd when he/she should be walking with you.
In The Sims Bustin' Out, he lives at 2 Free Street with Peter, Rod, and Woody. In The Sims, he has a fourth roommate, Randy, who is absent from Bustin' Out. In The Sims Bustin' Out, Ziggy wears an orange dress shirt and black pants. Instead of a buzz-cut hairstyle like Ziggy Party Guys, Tutti has a short twisted braid hairstyle. His appearance is a bit more casual than that of Party Guys.
