William Fangmann is a pre-made playable vampire residing in Bridgeport, the world shipped with The Sims 3: Late Night. He lives in a penthouse with five roommates, Matty Crewe, Apollo Bloom, Suzy Strummer, Kirby Wise, and Katelyn Missoni, all of whom he starred in the 17th season of Little Celebrity with.
He is either friends, distant friends, or acquaintances with all of his roommates, save Apollo, whom no one is close to. His bio states that he enjoys playing with his roommates' "simple" minds, since they are human, and vampires can easily manipulate humans. He has a very muscular body, possibly to fortify the idea that vampires are powerful.

- William is enemies with Wogan; this may be a hint towards criminals disliking law enforcement officials (Wogan is a criminal and William enforces the Law). However, he is not enemies (even good friends) with Morrigan Hemlock despite the two careers being opposites of each other. Morrigan also has the Evil trait, while Wogan doesn't.
- He is one of the few vampires who don't possess the Evil trait. He also has the hidden Can Apprehend Burglar trait.
- He appears on the welcome wagon if the players move into Floodgate Apartments, along with Suzy Strummer and Katelyn Missoni, the first time Bridgeport is played.
