Wanda Tinker (née Zarubin) lives in Bluewater Village with her spouse, Stephen, and her daughter, Melody. She is a skilled toy maker and has her eyes set on starting a home-run toyshop.
Wanda has more skills at making toys than both her husband and daughter combined, though she does not have a toy making talent badge. Wanda is very neat and shy, and the least bit active; she is very nice and playful.
