The Wan-Goddard family is a pre-made playable family residing in Sunset Valley, the world shipped with The Sims 3. It consists of an engaged couple, Hank Goddard and Pauline Wan, but due to both of them having commitment issues, they are reluctant to get married.
They live an easy, musical, party-filled lifestyle on the beach. A picture of Hank and Pauline on the phone with each other appears on a billboard on the side of the bookstore.
If players marry the couple, Hank will take Pauline's surname, meaning that Pauline was the one who proposed to Hank.
