Vicki Hourvitz is one of the pre-made NPC nannies residing in Strangetown, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims 2. The other two nannies are Nicole Thompson and Sophie Miguel. She can be made playable by marrying her, or befriending her and asking her to move in. She has the same facial structure as local bartender Meredith Lillard.
As far as personality, Vicki is very neat and rather nice, but she is very shy, and somewhat lazy and serious. She shares her name with a townie from Strangetown and another townie from La Fiesta Tech. According to Vicki's SimDNA in SimPE, her hair was red before it turned gray.
