Hi there, and welcome to The Sims Wiki. Unfortunately the MediaWiki software (the software that runs Wikia and Wikipedia) does not provide an option for displaying page views, unlike a YouTube video. However, admins can see the number of views the wiki has received as a '''whole''', in the admin dashboard. Currently the wiki has approximately 845.3K visitors every week. Hope this helps!
