Bot?

What do a user needs to have a bot account? Do they require some special experience before they can request one? --WG_94 Talk - Blog 12:51, February 5, 2011 (UTC)

Images

Thanks for leaving me the message about the Copyright Images and stuff. I had no clue. I don't think I'll post pictures because I'm a little confused about the subject, but thanks anyways... jermed2001

Babel

Hello A morris, can you change the Spanish babel to Castillan.

Regards.

DominixDídac 19:57, February 12, 2011 (UTC)

Changes made. Text will now display "Castillan" instead of "Spanish" --a_morris (talk) 21:26, February 12, 2011 (UTC)
Thanks, also can you put "CAS" instead of "ES" in the userbox?.

Request for bot task.

Hi a_morris, how have you been? I would like to request a bot task to be done, considering that Template:Snob was deleted, I think A bot could perform the removal of that template from pages who have it, thank you! --Guilherme Guerreiro (talk here) 20:51, February 13, 2011 (UTC)

Done. You can request bot tasks at The Sims Wiki:Todo. --a_morris (talk) 21:04, February 13, 2011 (UTC)
Thank for informing. --Guilherme Guerreiro (talk here) 21:05, February 13, 2011 (UTC)

Major Bot Task

I wanted to make sure you got this sooner rather than later, and I'm not sure how often you check the To do, so I'll ask it here instead.

As I'm importing pages from The Sims Medieval Wiki, there are a number of things which need to be cleaned up, mostly involving categories and links. Many of the traits or fatal flaws use the same name as TS3 traits (there are two evils, for instance, Evil and Evil (The Sims Medieval)). Obviously, some redirect system should be set up in these cases, but first it's essential that any pages that link to (in this example) Evil be re-linked to the correct page (if Evil is made into a redirect page, that is). Otherwise, some other redirect system must be thought up. This is the same for Trait and Trait (The Sims Medieval) as well.

So, a bot would be useful in making sure any TS3 traits that are changed have the links connect to the correct traits, in making sure that references to TS3 traits and Medieval traits link to the correct pages, and in making sure the categories used on the pages imported are correct (most are not). In this case, The Sims Medieval Wiki used Category:Traits for Medieval Traits, while I've set up Category:Medieval Traits for traits from that game.

If there's a better way to approach this issue, please let me know. It seems like it's going to be quite a bit of work to get this organized, but oh well. -- LostInRiverview talk · blog 21:39, February 19, 2011 (UTC)

LiR, I've had some computer problems and am working off an old laptop, so I don't know if it will be able to handle bot task. I'll do some test and get back to you if it doesn't work. --a_morris (talk) 22:31, February 19, 2011 (UTC)

Right i am coming back FOR SURE.

Fanon Wiki merge proposal

Hey A morris, I know that I may be asking too much, but can you write a merge proposal at TSFW Community Portal? I would do it myself, but I am not an admin over there, so I'm afraid that if I wrote the proposal, none of the users would pay any attention to it. So, if you do write the proposal, can you make sure to update the news, the Community Corner, and draw as much attention to it as possible? Sorry if I am asking too much, but I want to make sure that the Fanon Wiki wants to merge before we move ahead with the merge. Thank you! —Random Ranaun (Talk to me!) 22:41, February 20, 2011 (UTC)

Never mind. I posted the merge proposal myself here, but could you still edit the Community corner and the News template? I want the proposal to get as much attention as possible to get at least somewhat accurate support from their community. Thanks! —Random Ranaun (Talk to me!) 06:12, February 21, 2011 (UTC)

License dropdown menu

Hi A morris. Do you think you could edit the license dropdown menu to include Life Stories and Pet Stories Sims, since it is too time consuming to do it manually while creating other pages. Thanks! —Random Ranaun (Talk to me!) 14:03, March 7, 2011 (UTC)

Mods and Custom Content

Hey A morris, since we have created the Fanon Namespace, and after looking at this, I started wondering. Do you think we should include Mods and Custom Content in the Fanon Namepsace, and move the current ones? —Random Ranaun (Talk to me!) 23:44, March 10, 2011 (UTC)

I don't think it is necessary at this point, as long as the articles are notable and well written. --a_morris (talk) 22:14, March 11, 2011 (UTC)

Infobox problem on Fanon pages

Hi A morris. There seems to be a problem with the infoboxes on Fanon pages. See here. Under the Life State parameter, it says "Sim|Normal". While this is not a major problem, it still bothers me. Is there any way to fix it? —Random Ranaun (Talk to me!) 23:29, March 11, 2011 (UTC)

I think the problem is because {{Simbio}} checks for the main namespace, but {{Simbio2}} and {{Simbio3}} pass code assuming it will be a link. --a_morris (talk) 00:17, March 12, 2011 (UTC)
Should be fixed now for all bio templates. --a_morris (talk) 00:54, March 12, 2011 (UTC)

Gina Seavey

Gina Seavey article needs confirmation, a morris, the article name is Gina Seavey but in the article text it's written Gina Seavy, would you mind to check in SimPE her true name, in my game her name was translated so I'm unable to check it? I do have The Sims 3. I am working on css styles, trying to make a consistent color scheme across the wiki. --a_morris (talk) 20:17, March 12, 2011 (UTC)

New Admins

Hey A Morris. Bayoubash "retired" from the wiki and I've therefore removed him as an administrator. This brings us down to five active or semi-active administrators, three of whom I barely ever see around the wiki. As the Fanon Administrators have been picking up much of the slack (seeing as the fanon namespace is still quite small), I'm sure we can handle things without picking up new admins immediately, but I think we should entertain the idea of opening up admin requests soon. I'm still waiting on a response from Matta jr regarding their absence, but if they are also taken out of active administrators we will be down to six, including Bleeh. I don't want to open it immediately, but I'd like to discuss it.

What are your thoughts? -- LostInRiverview talk · blog 14:31, March 23, 2011 (UTC)

Agreed. Lets see how things go for 2 or 3 weeks and then decide. I've been working on some major wiki-wide projects connected with the manual of style and haven't had much time to do routine maintenance. --a_morris (talk) 21:54, March 23, 2011 (UTC)
I think that's a good plan. If the fanon namespace hasn't really taken off by that time, I wouldn't see the harm in holding out for a while before opening up admin requests, simply because the fanon admins have been doing a good job on wiki-wide administration.
If you want a hand in any of those projects, give me a holler. I don't usually keep a list of projects I'm working on, mostly because I tend to lose focus, but if you have any sort of task that I can assist in which would make your projects go faster, don't hesitate to ask. -- LostInRiverview talk · blog 03:13, March 24, 2011 (UTC)
I'd like your opinion on {{Sims}}. Do you think that is helpful for navigation? I would like to replace it with a series of templates that are more related to each article. For example, era-specific templates like {{The Sims navigation}}, Succession templates like {{S-tsmm}}, and theme templates like {{dating}}. Can you think of any thing else?
I am also considering how we categorize articles for sims, objects, lots, etc. Instead of placing the articles in every category I am suggesting they only be placed in the lowest subcategory and also separate them by game and neighborhood. I.e. a category would be of the style "sims of type x from game y", ex. "Females from Apartment Life". Here is a chart of what I am talking about. Categories in red text would be the categories with articles. I think this would be much more helpful for navigating. What do you think? --a_morris (talk) 16:13, March 24, 2011 (UTC)
I'll check out what you've done; I didn't notice them until I came back here to tell you that...
JEA13 has taken a Leave of Absence and I've suspended his admin powers (see here), and Matta jr did not respond in time so has been suspended due to activity, putting us at 4 active or semi-active administrators, 2 active Fanon Admins (2 more semi-active, but I in reality haven't seen much of them) and the bureaucrats. I actually think it may be a good idea to open up the Admin requests to a couple admin hopefuls... thoughts? -- LostInRiverview talk · blog 18:09, March 26, 2011 (UTC)
Yes, lets open up requests for sysops. --a_morris (talk) 18:29, March 26, 2011 (UTC)
BTW those are all awesome ideas. I do think, organizationally, it would be best for pages to be in the lowest category, simply so we're not over-categorizing. And the {{Sims}} template is way too big. -- LostInRiverview talk · blog 18:32, March 26, 2011 (UTC)

The Sims Medieval

Hi Allison, how are you today^^? Well I just wanted to know if you own The Sims Medieval, do you own it? Because it would be helpful to improve articles about it ;), thank you. --Guilherme Guerreiro (talk here) 21:37, March 25, 2011 (UTC)

Hi!

HI! I just have a question...

Well, I think you're playing The Sims 3, and I would like to buy it (and expansion packs), but I saw on some videos that there are so many glitches. I'm not quite sure are they "serious" glitches or just something that happens rarely. So my question is ...can you tell me are there so many glitches?

Thanks in advance, your TheSims23 22:25, March 25, 2011 (UTC)

Merge with The Sims Fanon Wiki

Hi A morris, I officially proposed a merge with The Sims Fanon Wiki, since I realized that the first one was only a discussion. I also created the official consensus of the merge at TSFW, but I fear that few users will actually look at it, much less write their opinion. Do you think you could add a notice on the main page about it, like LiR did at The Sims Medieval Wiki? Thanks. —Random Ranaun (Talk to me!) 03:53, April 4, 2011 (UTC)

OK. --a_morris (talk) 04:23, April 4, 2011 (UTC)
Do you think that you can add it to the Sitenotice, so the Monobook users have a higher chance of seeing it? Sorry if I am hounding you, I just want to get all of TSFW's community's opinion. So far, no one has commented yet. :( —Random Ranaun (Talk to me!) 03:04, April 6, 2011 (UTC)
I added it to the sitenotice and community corner. --a_morris (talk) 03:18, April 6, 2011 (UTC)
Thanks! :D —Random Ranaun (Talk to me!) 03:22, April 6, 2011 (UTC)
To be honest RR, I think this is quite forcing the community, because we have already had multiple discussions and in all of them, we got no real consensus, but making another discussion again seems to me, abusing. --Guilherme Guerreiro (talk here) 16:20, April 6, 2011 (UTC)

The Sims Medieval, again...

Hi a_morris! How have you been? First of all I would like to discuss with you some major changes I've planned for articles, regarding the game: "The Sims Medieval! II don't know if you already have the game so I'll explain somethings about it to make you understand about some of my decisions. First of all,the game starts with no Hero Sims, do if creating a template we will not need to concern with that. I think a new Sim template should be created for The Sims Medieval Sims, noting that all of the pre-made Sims are NPCs, Villager Sims, in the template we could include "NPC" type, and these pre-made NPC types would be "Nobleperson", "Bandit", "Builder", "Looter" and many more, all these NPCs start with no known family relationships, considering that they are totally impossible to play even using cheats we will never know. The only possible life stages are Baby, Child and Adult, though there are only pre-made Children and Adults at start. There's only a problem, the Kingdom has no name at start we are the ones who choose it, what could we do about it, how could be this page created? Afterall, the template could look like this:

{{SimMedievalexample
|name = Dame Constance
|sex = Female
|trait1 = Scholarly
|trait2 = Vain
|fatalflaw = Hubris
|hair = Brown
|skin = Pale
|eye = Blue
|body = Skinny
|age = Adult
|state = Normal
|kingdom = Kingdom
|parents = Unknown
|siblings = None
|maritalstatus = Single
|game = The Sims Medieval
|NPC type = Noblewoman
}}

What do you think about this example? Thank you. --Guilherme Guerreiro (talk here) 19:15, April 4, 2011 (UTC)

Looks good. As for the kingdom, we could just call it the "Kingdom" or the "Kingdom in The Sims Medieval" and if more become available (through downloadable content or expansions) we can number them. For the NPC type, play can be used, I already have plans for expanding it to include types of NPCs for other Sims. Fatal flaw can be combined with trait3 so that either parameter will work. --a_morris (talk) 22:07, April 4, 2011 (UTC)
Thank you A morris for creating the template, I was actually trying to create it, but if you want any help, feel free to ask me! Also I may leave you a message about The Sims Medieval again to improve our pages on wiki :)! Best wishes for you. --Guilherme Guerreiro (talk here) 16:48, April 5, 2011 (UTC)

Email

Hello there! I thought I should contact the entire admin team about this, since this is a little bit off-wiki but still, from what I and some contacted admins can see, an idea that could be beneficial for The Sims Wiki.

I am currently in the planning - almost creating - process of making an email account for The Sims Wiki. This account, while not needed extremely, could bring a large amount of positive things for the wiki.

Firstly, this is a smaller The Sims Wiki version of Special:Contact. Through this, we can send surveys to users about new features or ideas we implement. Do the users agree with a makeover of the Community Portal? Do the users want this policy to be added? What ideas do users have for the future?

Secondly, we can use this for more private, though still completely controlled, user reporting. If I see someone being rude to me and don't want to "look stupid" by reporting it to an admin, which some users do think, what do I do? I send an email through, and let an admin read it and check what's been going on. Note: This isn't a "I emailed first!" scenario, every user involved, included the sender, will be investigated.

Thirdly, and this is completely optional for users, they can "subscribe" to the newsletter. This will be where they allow us to send a monthly, if not bi-weekly, email, containing links to active votes and discussions, the Newsletter, open positions, new features, etc.

Now, I still have a lot of ideas on how to use this productively, but another reason I'm contacting all admins is to sort out something. I know that I may not be completely trusted by all of the admins to handle this alone so I am going to ask all admins who wish to join the project to say so on my talk page, and I will send the password to you once the email account is activated. Currently, I prefer as little users managing this account as possible, due to problems that may arise if all admins had access to the same account. I would appreciate only bureaucrats requesting the password if they like, but I still encourage admins to request it if they wish.

Please note that this account will not use my, or any other user's real account password, as that would be pretty dumb to hand out on a silver plate.

I hope you all read this and think about ideas and or reasons to oppose it.

Have a nice day further.

--Zombie talkblog 20:17, April 7, 2011 (UTC)

Thanks A morris. Currently, it doesn't look like we're putting it to good use really. Is Duskey the only one who knows the password? Thanks! --Zombie talkblog 07:40, April 8, 2011 (UTC)

Fanon Sims

Hi! I just wanted to create categories for fanon Sims, neighbors that could be included just on all the fanon articles, would it be possible to make all categories like this: Category: >name of the category, e.g: Good Sims< (fanon)? I have already started a consensus in CP, and the idea was supported now I just wanted to know how to do it... Thank you so much and best wishes for you. --Guilherme Guerreiro (talk here) 20:32, April 10, 2011 (UTC)

Also, I fear there's a problem with categories, see this category: Category:Sims (fanon)! It says they have no content, this happens with many more! --Guilherme Guerreiro (talk here) 13:33, April 11, 2011 (UTC)

Articles not appearing in categories could be a caching "problem" as the category is not empty now. --a_morris (talk) 21:17, April 11, 2011 (UTC)
And what do you think about implementing fanon categories? Thank you. --Guilherme Guerreiro (talk here) 21:27, April 11, 2011 (UTC)
What about fanon categories, could you teach me how to put them on templates? Thank you! --Guilherme Guerreiro (talk here) 21:41, April 11, 2011 (UTC)
Sorry I haven't answered you. I've been taking a break to play The Sims Medieval. I really like it and I think my brother's hooked too!
Part of the delay was because I am considering making changes to the main categories (i.e. separating trait, age, etc. categories by game and/or neighbourhood) and wasn't sure if I wanted to make the same changes to the fanon categories as well (I've decided no, at least for now, as I don't think they are as relevant) AND how to code it so it is easy to edit and use for both main and fanon namespaces. I believe I have come up with a good way to do that but it may take some time to set up. I will be working on it this weekend. --a_morris (talk) 16:31, April 16, 2011 (UTC)
Here's the first template: {{People by trait}}. --a_morris (talk) 17:56, April 16, 2011 (UTC)
It looks good. I wish to help, but I'm ashamed because I don't know how to make those templates... I agree The Sims Medieval is really cool :D! --Guilherme Guerreiro (talk here) 18:38, April 16, 2011 (UTC)
When should we make fanon categories show up in articles? They still don't show up in fanon articles, maybe this is a glitch?! --Guilherme Guerreiro (talk here) 15:26, April 24, 2011 (UTC)
I just finished a few more tests and they are now implemented in {{Sim}}. They should start showing up in articles. --a_morris (talk) 16:32, April 24, 2011 (UTC)
But I fear they don't start showing up. I can give you some examples, Fanon:Marcia Dortheimer and Fanon:Rénata Dortheimer. --Guilherme Guerreiro (talk here) 16:37, April 24, 2011 (UTC)
I'll implement it in {{Simbio}} as well, I wasn't sure if I would need to. That's why they are not showing up on Fanon:Marcia Dortheimer. As for the other, that's because of caching. If you preview or edit the articles they will show up. --a_morris (talk) 16:42, April 24, 2011 (UTC)
It is now implemented for {{Simbio}}. --a_morris (talk) 16:46, April 24, 2011 (UTC)
Thank you Allison. I may have a huge caching problem considering that I see everything not canon such as The Sims Wiki namespace, fanon users categories empty, while canon categories always appear with content. --Guilherme Guerreiro (talk here) 16:49, April 24, 2011 (UTC)
While I see the categories in Marcia's page I don't see them in Fanon:Rénata Dortheimer's page, that may be not a chaching problem, maybe a a code one? --Guilherme Guerreiro (talk here) 16:52, April 24, 2011 (UTC)
It's fine. You need to preview the page for them to show up. The caching issue will fix itself. The wiki is cached around 7:15 (UTC). --a_morris (talk) 16:59, April 24, 2011 (UTC)
Thanks A morris. I think you didn't add the categories regarding The Sims 2 to the simbio and sim templates, such as the ones regarding aspiration, or did you? Thank you! --Guilherme Guerreiro (talk here) 17:02, April 24, 2011 (UTC)
I've just added aspiration and sign fanon categories to both templates. --a_morris (talk) 17:09, April 24, 2011 (UTC)
Thank you. I think I know why we do have to edit for the categories show up. Maybe a defaultsort is needed? Allison I don't know if the caching problem will resolve itself since I have had this problem since March. --Guilherme Guerreiro (talk here) 17:12, April 24, 2011 (UTC)
You could try deleting your browser cache. --a_morris (talk) 17:18, April 24, 2011 (UTC)
I'm not an expert when it comes to computing, so how can I do that? Thank you. --Guilherme Guerreiro (talk here) 17:54, April 24, 2011 (UTC)
It depends in the browser you are using. You should find a tutorial for your specific browser. --a_morris (talk) 17:56, April 24, 2011 (UTC)
I use Internet Explorer. --Guilherme Guerreiro (talk here) 18:27, April 24, 2011 (UTC)
I think that didn't delete the cache, do you know what I should do? Thank you. --Guilherme Guerreiro (talk here) 19:13, April 24, 2011 (UTC)
I think we could get as well the fanon family categories such as Married Sims, widowed sims, parent sims and the economic status categories for both simbios and Sim templates. Thank you. --Guilherme Guerreiro (talk here) 15:40, May 1, 2011 (UTC)
I have noticed that there is no category to store fanon images. Could you possibly create one? Thank you for reading. |_Andronikos Leventis Talk 15:47, May 1, 2011 (UTC)
Oh also I made an edit to Template:Pet to include fanon categories, but it went glitchy and I'm not figuring out how to fix it, could you help me, see for example Maria? Thanks. --Guilherme Guerreiro (talk here) 15:52, May 1, 2011 (UTC)
Fixed. --a_morris (talk) 16:28, May 1, 2011 (UTC)
Thanks Allison, also what do you think about implementing parents, economic and marital status categories for fanon? --Guilherme Guerreiro (talk here) 17:46, May 1, 2011 (UTC)
Also we could add the categories to Unisim as well. --Guilherme Guerreiro (talk here) 08:52, May 13, 2011 (UTC)
I've added fanon categories for majors and university years. --a_morris (talk) 22:13, May 13, 2011 (UTC)
Thank you, and what about marital, parents and economic status categories, do you agree? Thanks. --Guilherme Guerreiro (talk here) 22:16, May 13, 2011 (UTC)
What do you think of my above suggestion Allison? Also there's a problem in neighborhood and many other templates, when put in a fanon article they show up red linked player stories, which should not happen. Thank you! --Guilherme Guerreiro (talk here) 08:52, May 28, 2011 (UTC)
I don't think fanon categories need to follow the main sim categories exactly. Anyway they can always be added manually if the writer wants. Please give examples and more descriptions when describing problems. --a_morris (talk) 17:31, May 28, 2011 (UTC)
Sorry, here you have Fanon:Port Piston which has a player stories red link I think this is probably a probelm with the templates, family templates do also show player stories link when in fanon namespace. Thank you! --Guilherme Guerreiro (talk here) 22:52, May 28, 2011 (UTC)
Random Ranaun fixed it. --a_morris (talk) 16:15, May 31, 2011 (UTC)
Also is it possible to get simbio for medieval Sims, since Sim like Grim Reaper need one. Thank you! --Guilherme Guerreiro (talk here) 11:12, June 2, 2011 (UTC)
Random Ranaun and LostInRiverview have made total changes to Sim templates, is there any glitch or something to fix? Thank you. --Guilherme Guerreiro (talk here) 18:13, June 9, 2011 (UTC)
Also there appears to be a bug in Sim pages, this bug is related to the Sim template in same way, the bug is "Retrieved from "http://sims.wikia.com/wiki/Template:Sim" appear on the bottom of pages, an example is Flat Broke, there's also another glitch regarding templates posted in non-mainspace pages (see User:Kiwi tea], where the template gives categories that should only be used in mainspace articles, and also when puting "None" in "Child" section on all simbios and sim templates, the sims will appear on the category "Parents," do you know how to fix these? --Guilherme Guerreiro (talk here) 19:29, June 11, 2011 (UTC)
The parents category issue should be fixed. --a_morris (talk) 22:17, June 14, 2011 (UTC)
Thank you, I haven't yet found a solution for the namespace categories showing up in non-mainspace pages, have you? Also, do you think we should disconnect simbios, so that they showed above the text? Best wishes. Guilherme GuerreiroThanks rose(talk here) 22:23, June 14, 2011 (UTC)

Layouts

A morris, could I just inform you something? Not to be offensive but the layouts you've been creating are a slightly glitchy, and I think the layouts are permanent. These are some examples of glitchy pages: Satiated, Fanon:Sandlin family. Thank you!

Well, but there's a only a problem how can I delete and re-create fanon which are from another users, won't I be accused of plagiarism? Thank you. --Guilherme Guerreiro (talk here) 18:43, April 16, 2011 (UTC)

Intelligence. Men or Women

I know this doesn't have much to do with Sims Wiki, but there are some scientists and this guy who claim women are less intelligent than men. Oh every women's feature is riduculed in his website. I'll make a blog as an answer to his claims, and everything he exposed there will be denied with some supportive references and basis. It will be my answer, I will give by e-mail, so I may need suggestions as well to respond him. Feel free to expose what you feel in my future blog, and since you're a woman, who'll probably have much to say about like all of us. Thank you! --Guilherme Guerreiro (talk here) 08:32, April 18, 2011 (UTC)

This is the blog made in answer to him. Please comment! Thank you! --Guilherme Guerreiro (talk here) 10:37, April 18, 2011 (UTC)

Template:Pet

Hello, A morris! ^_^ I have created a template for Template:Pet, but only for the The Sims 3, can you add the referred template to the Pet template? Thank you, ^_^ --RoseGuiThanks rose (talk here) 14:54, October 30, 2011 (UTC)

Done. An image will show as a long as the trait is defined. I didn't limit it to The Sims 3 only. I also updated the categories in {{GetPetTraitCat}} --a_morris (talk) 19:58, October 30, 2011 (UTC)
Thank you, Allison. ^_^ Also, while you were absent, I updated the featured articles, but seeing as you're back would you like to be in charge of that position again? --RoseGuiThanks rose (talk here) 20:39, October 30, 2011 (UTC)
I won't be be here regularly. You can continue. Thanks for covering for me. --a_morris (talk) 20:42, October 30, 2011 (UTC)
Okay. You're welcome. ^_^ --RoseGuiThanks rose (talk here) 20:49, October 30, 2011 (UTC)
Hello, A morris. ^_^ Pets from The Sims 2 are showing images that are only supposed for Pets from The Sims 3, because some traits from TS2 and TS3 share their names. Is there any way we can fix this? Thank you. --RoseGuiThanks rose (talk here) 10:31, October 31, 2011 (UTC)
A morris can we fix this? Thank you. --RoseGuiThanks rose (talk here) 21:10, October 31, 2011 (UTC)

Template:Sim

Hi, A morris. I'm not sure if you would be able to do this, but I thought I'd ask you anyway. Would it be possible for you to modify Template:Sim so that it only categorises pages if they are in the Fanon or Main namespace? My reasoning is I've seen many userpages with the template and it incorrectly categorises the user's profile pages into the categories which are determined by parameter input. It also clutters Special:WantedCategories with categories determined by paramteres users have used. Thanks! ђ talk 23:09, October 30, 2011 (UTC)

I've tried adding {{sim}} to my test page (diff) and null editing a page which already had the template on it via my AWB account (diff), ad the categories are still there. If you're looking for more examples, here's one, two, and three other examples, with a few more such categories scattered in Special:WantedCategories. ђ talk 06:56, October 31, 2011 (UTC)
