Since the sims is a prequel to the sims 1, Nick Alto returns as the wife of Vita Alto, and the mother of Holly Alto. He is in a feud, perhaps business, with Geoffrey Landgraab.

His traits are Workaholic, Hydrophobic, Family Oriented, Ambitious, Mean Spirited. It is odd that Nick is not evil, just mean-spirited. Also, it noted he likes work, along with family. His favorites include Classical Music, Ratatouille, and Red
Appearence[]
He wears a business suit similar to the other games. His hair style seems the same in the other games, but have different hair. He, also, seems obese.
Life Leading Up to the Sims 1[]
Nick appears in the sims: unleased living with his wife Vita Alto, his daughter Holly Alto, and his dogs Hiti, and Sure Lure! He has move in with Holly without her asking. He is currently the president of his business company. He owns Old Town Quarter, 71 Elm Street.
Personality[]
He is level 1 in grouchiness, along with Vita. However, Holly in level 10 in niceness, meaning Holly, and her parents are opposites. This makes sense because Holly and her parents are just acquaintances, and nothing more.
Appearance[]
His hair color is very similar to Gunther Goth, but it's in a different style. He also wears a business suit with a black tie on it. He seems to lost weight.
Life Leading Up to the Sims 2[]
Vita kill Nick, because she scare him to death. Oddly, his grave, along with Nick's grave, is in the Goth Graveyard (see Goth Home. It might because Holly is friends with Alexander Goth. His personality is the same as sims 3.

If you have freetime, and you resurrected Nick, he will immediately wants to have a secondary aspiration of Family.
About Nick's Family[]
Nick's parents are known to be Alda Alto, and Aldo Alto. Nick Alto is known to be the wife of Vita Alto, and the two are deceased before the start of The Sims 2. They have a daughter, Holly, who, woohoo, but didn't marry Nicolo Lothario, who is having an affair with Adriana Lothario. The woohoo resulted in a birth of twins Adolf, and Eyolf Alto.
