The University Way Shops are a group of stores on the campus of Sim State University. There are two buildings on the lot, one with two stories and one with three. The two-story building has a clothing shop and restrooms on the first floor, and there are sofas near the entrance. The second floor is open in the center, and is mostly empty, though it does have a fireplace and a few places for Sims to sit. The first floor of the other building has a pool table, a magazine rack, and a Sellafone Gadget Kiosk. It also has a fireplace, and there is a nice sofa and living chair near the fireplace. A patio in the back has a chess table and barbecue grill. The second floor is another clothing shop, which is apparently intended to be more upscale. There is no cashier on that floor, so Sims who buy clothes there will have to take them to the cashier on the first floor. The third floor has an espresso shop and a roof deck.
