Uncle Hayseed is an NPC sim residing in SimValley from The Sims Bustin' Out for handheld. He is the player's uncle and lets the player's character move into his barn on Hayseed Farm, gives the player some items, and offers a job mowing his lawn. He is kidnapped by Giuseppi Mezzoalto and is threatened with being killed with a guillotine. Sometimes in The Urbz, he will call the player's Sim and ask them when they will visit because the chickens miss them.
He is possibly Phoebe Twiddle's boyfriend, as she mentions that she has a boyfriend in SimValley who is a farmer during her stay in The Urbz for console.

At the beginning of the game, the player's Sim receives a letter from him that says:
Welcome to SimValley, [Player]! I am so excited to have you here for the summer. We may not be as big as SimCity™, but we've got twice the character! Come see me as soon as you arrive!

- Although he does not appear as a character in the handheld version of The Urbz: Sims in the City, he makes some cameos.
- The description of the chickens that the player can catch in the Bayou reads: "A chicken from Uncle Hayseed's farm."
- When Busta Cruz uses the term "Bob's your uncle", the player can respond by saying, "My uncle's name is Hayseed."
- One of the randomized calls the player can get is from Uncle Hayseed saying, "The chickens back here at the farm sure miss you! Come visit sometime soon!"
