- Tristan is a spoof of Edward Cullen from Twilight. Like Edward, he has a possible human love interest and enjoys staying up late to play an instrument (a guitar for him and a piano for Edward). Both he and Edward are also brooding vegetarians—meaning a vampire that does not drink human blood in Twilight.
