Tristan builds all the places for the player's hotel. Each room takes 8 hours to complete except for the casino, which he finishes immediately. When the player first meets him, Tristan is sad because the woman he loved was taken away by a pack of giant scorpions and he claims to catch meteors with his bare hands to cure his loneliness. It is up to the player to console him and convince him to build rooms for the player. He considers working as a carpenter, but states that his job is to test pilot experimental jets.
His secret is that he composed a symphony in his head at age 6 while climbing Mount Everest.
