Toothless Joe is a pre-made Sim featured in The Sims 2 for console, who lives in Pleasantview. He lives in the Jugen House with the twin sisters, Nina Caliente and Dina Caliente as well as their love interest, Don Lothario. He is also the only Sim with Gold Wants, but it won't unlock a new location. Even though Toothless appears to be fat, in Debug Mode CAS his body type is 2, which means he is supposed to be fit.
