Tom Freshe is a pre-made freshman year student at Académie Le Tour, studying Economics. He can be found in the family bin of any neighborhood associated with Académie Le Tour, with his roommate Emily Lee. As far as personality, Tom is reasonably outgoing and playful, and a little bit on the nice side. But he is a little bit on a lazy side, and is somewhat sloppy. Tom's last name, Freshe, may be a reference to the fact that he is a Freshman. When editing in SimPE, his zodiac sign is not recognized. When the household is first moved onto a lot, Tom is 72 hours away from the final exam in his first semester.

Like several other Sims from Académie Le Tour, he starts off with no gender preference. Strangely Tom has pre-set relationships with Phineaus Furley, and Ellen Frost, as well as several local NPCs - Gisela Rosa, Carmen Patch, Jack Fuchs, Chris Cho, Zoe Barrett, and Suzie Alioto. None of these Sims have any relation towards Tom in return. It is unknown why Tom has these relationships, though it happens with several other Sims from University.
