Todd Landgraab is a pre-made playable Sim residing in Midnight Hollow. He lives in Weird Shelter, at 30 Swallow Street, with his two roommates, Karl Simon and Seema Sielen.

The three roommates are said to be entrepreneurs, and each of them has a quality they bring to the group in order to make it work. According to the household biography, Todd is the one with money and the group as a whole has been pressured by friends, family and society to make something of themselves. However, their plan actually appears not to be settled yet.

The fact that he is referred to as the one who has the cash likely means Todd is directly related to the Landgraab family, one of the richest and most influential families in The Sims series.

However, Todd starts off unemployed, with no skills. Todd does not know anybody outside his household, but is friends with Seema and Karl. He is also the oldest of the roommates, with 12 days away from becoming an adult.
