The Tinker family is a pre-made playable family residing in Bluewater Village, the shopping district sub-neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2: Open for Business. It consists of a married couple, Stephen and Wanda, and their daughter, Melody. They display a natural disposition towards toy-making. Although they have everything they need to open their own store in their backyard, they have not yet opened it when they first played.

They share their surname with the Tinker family from Evergreen Harbor in The Sims 4: Eco Lifestyle. But it's unlikely that the two families are related.
