Timothy Jeffress is one of the pre-made NPC repairmen residing in Riverblossom Hills, the neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2: Seasons. The other two repairmen are Lilly Larrea and Daryl Hamilton. He can be made playable by befriending him and asking him to move in, or by marrying him.
Timothy is mostly interested in Environment, Sports, and Work. When it comes to skills, he has maximized mechanical and is on his way towards maximizing cooking. He is also close to maximizing creativity.
Timothy has the same facial structure as Victor Hanby. According to his SimDNA in SimPE, his hair was blond before it turned gray. Sometimes, if he is made playable, his Plumbob will be inside him, instead of above his head. This happens with several other NPCs in The Sims 2.
Unusually for a pre-made NPC, Timothy has the memory of meeting Victor Hanby, as well as having a pre-set relationship with him. What is even more unusual is that Victor is a carpool driver and thus, he cannot be interacted with. Timothy has 2 interest points in Sci-Fi, which is relatively uncommon, given that almost all other NPCs, young adult and up, have 4 points in Sci-Fi.
