Tigger is a pre-made large display dog who appears in every neighborhood that is updated with the secret sub-neighborhood Pets, which is shipped with The Sims 2: Pets. There is a chance that he appears on a Doggonit Pet Display at a Community lot, from which a new pet can be created and adopted. Tigger himself, however, can not be adopted through normal gameplay.
