A thrift and bubble tea store is a lot assignment in The Sims 4: High School Years. One pre-made store is known to exist: The ThrifTea in Copperdale. However, this lot assignment can be used for lots in any residential world.
The store sells a rotating selection of rare clothes, and has an espresso bar-esque desk where Sims can order bubble tea, burgers, and corn dogs.[1]
The lot hosts fashion shows on Monday and Friday nights, amateur comedy nights on Fridays, and poetry evenings on Sundays.

ThriftTea is the a Thrift and Bubble Tea Store owned by Eloise Hiddlestix. It's the central hub for exploring fashion trends and creating outfits to sell on the Trendi phone app. ThrifTea sometimes holds impromptu fashion shows for Sims to show off their style in person.
The building spans 2 floors. In the bottom floor, there is the aforementioned store with a counter for purchasing bubble tea, clothing racks for searching for and buying thrifted clothes and a restroom. The top floor seems to be a dance studio for the cheerleading team.
