- Basically a duplication of Pregnancy, in which the idea of this game guide is looking for ways to know if a Sim is pregnant - something that is already covered in the main article.
- No substantial edits or development since its creation in 2015.
- Subsections for The Sims 1, 2, 3, and 4. Only TS3 is filled with text; the rest is marked with a placeholder "To be added".
Given the fact that the content exists already, full deletion makes more sense than a redirect (too complex of a title) or merge (nothing to merge). This page is simply not needed.

Support: Like you said, the guide is very lacking in content and hasn't been updated for years. And there is no need to have this anyways, since the Pregnancy article exists. - SimDestroyer (talk) 07:02, October 30, 2018 (UTC)
