Page(s) for deletion: Gallery of recreated Sims
Any member of the wiki may participate in a deletion discussion. Comments during discussion should focus on why the article should or should not be deleted, merged, or modified. Users should explain their reasoning sufficiently. Deletion discussions are not votes; strength of argument matters more than the number of people in favor or opposed to deletion.
I feel like that page doesn't serve much purpose; there isn't much content on it, and it's purely for user-made content without being tagged with fanon or modded content? ODAPHII (talk) 21:14, 12 November 2024 (UTC)
I think this page deserves to exist as much as any fanon article or the articles linked on The Sims Wiki:Funny articles. If necessary, it can be renamed "Fanon:Gallery of recreated Sims" or "The Sims Wiki:Gallery of recreated Sims". --Summm1 (talk) 20:51, 16 November 2024 (UTC)
- I support deletion as I don't see a reason for this page to exist as it is just fanmade content in the canon namespace. Even as a fanon article it would be a stretch as it is just images and has no other content. I would be more inclined to delete it rather than move it for this reason and also because if you read here it says fanon needs to have an owner to be accepted onto the wiki. By extension all of the images on the page could probably be deleted as well as they're non canon and I am doubtful that they would find another use. ―ฬђ talk 07:49, 19 November 2024 (UTC)
It definitely should be deleted. It's just a bunch of fanon images on a page and nothing more. IDontKnowAName3 (talk) 05:28, 21 November 2024 (UTC)
It does not have enough substantial content to qualify as a mainspace page in my opinion, if someone wishes to dedicate a user subpage, fanon article, or blog post to this that'd be fine but this feels like a "Sims Fandom" page rather than a "Sims Wiki" page.
