Story premise (spoiler free)Edit

Warning: Do not click the links in this paragraph if you do not want the story to be spoiled.

When the player first loads the town of StrangerVille, some town locals are clearly infected with a mysterious illness: a possessed emotion, a strange walkstyle and talking gibberish about a "mother". Strange blue alien plants also dot the town. It is up to the player to investigate by talking to locals and explore the secret lab in order to find a cure for this strange illness.

TriviaEdit

  • StrangerVille is the first story-based content pack in the main The Sims series.
  • It is the first content pack in the series to have the same name as its world.
