The Sims 4: Enchanted by Nature is the nineteenth expansion pack for The Sims 4. The expansion was leaked a week before it was officially announced during the Summer 2025 roadmap.[1] The reveal trailer premiered on June 12, 2025 and the expansion launched on July 10, 2025.
This expansion pack reintroduces fairies as a playable life state, beings capable of their own unique magic with fairy abilities, emotional force, and fairy dust. This pack also allows Sims live off the land with the Natural living skill along with the Apothecary skill to learn herbal concotions to fight against new ailments in the new world of Innisgreen, This expansion contains elements of The Sims: Makin' Magic and The Sims 3: Supernatural.

A Balanced Lifestyle
Negative emotions cause Imbalance, leading to Ailments. Become a Naturopath using the Apothecary Table to cure Sims and hone your skill. Pursue the Elixir Enthusiast Aspiration. Watch your Luck—it affects cooking and Ailments.

Innisgreen is a lush world with three neighborhoods: Coast of Adhmor, focused on Gnomes; Sprucederry Grove, blending nature and civilization; and magical Everdew forest. Meet Mother Nature, become a Fairy, and summon Spruce Almighty for adventures!

World and Neighborhood[]
The Coast of Adhmor is a Celtic-inspired town with walkable streets, a giant gnome statue, and a lot of history. It's the most down-to-earth of Innisgreen's neighborhoods. Sprucederry Grove is a very nature-focused community, with a touch of the mystical thrown in. Everdew is a hotspot for Fairy activity where their powers are used openly and even the plants feel fantastical. The Mossveil Fairy Hub, a large mushroom, is located here. Explore to discover more enchanting surprises!
Natural Living[]
Sims can progress their natural living skill to literally live off the land. Sims can use ponds as a source to bathe, forage for foods and items, and even sleep anywhere on the ground. While living closer to nature, Sims can practice learning the Apothecary skill to craft cures for ailments and elixirs for their needs and emotions. Emotion Stones are limited-use items that can siphon emotions from Sims. Emotions can be a key ingredient for some recipes.
Mystical Beings[]
Fairies appear in the world of Innisgreen, and can be created in Create a Sim, or a preexisting Sim can become one by completing a special journey. Within Innisgreen, Sims can meet Mother Nature herself or Spruce Almighty to receive special tasks or engage in unique social interactions.
Fairies possess a variety of magical abilities, including manipulating nature, performing playful tricks, and producing fairy dust. Fairy dust can be used by Sims to benefit themselves or their plants.
Ailments[]
There are eight different Ailments, though not all are strictly negative. Their effects can vary depending on context and the player's point of view. For example, the Luck Magnet Ailment increases a Sim's good luck by stealing it from nearby Sims. Other Ailments cause an uncontrollable urge to create, while another may suppress a Sim's emotions entirely. Ailments may be caused by Imbalance, caught from other Ailing Sims, or inflicted by Fairies.
Balance & Luck[]
Balance measures a Sim's overall stability in life and luck. Sims must remain stable and happy to maintain Balance. If a Sim is in a negative mood for too long, they may become Unbalanced and begin experiencing adverse effects. If a Sim becomes Very Unbalanced, they become susceptible to Ailments that can impact their lives. Luck influences a Sim's chances of receiving positive outcomes when crafting, foraging, socializing, and more. Luck can affect whether evil Gnomes will appear on a lot.

- Disruptive Sims are driven to interact with the world by messing with it. They can spread interpersonal chaos by Giving Bad Balance Advice or stick it to nature by Disrupting Plants. Disruptive Sims build Mischief Skill faster but are slower to regain Balance than most Sims.
- Feeling a strong affinity for both the natural and supernatural, Mystical Sims see higher purpose in living harmoniously in each world and sharing that with other Sims. These Sims learn Apothecary and Gardening Skills faster and have an easier time building friendships with Occult Sims. Mystical Sims can offer to Grant a Sacred Blessing to other Sims, which increases Balance for both Sims if accepted.
- Plant Lover Sims treat each and every plant like the little Sim they are. Being a friend to plants is not always easy on a Plant Lover's emotions, but luckily these Sims don't need any skill to share their special interest, just a big heart!

- Fairy Sims can use the "Nurture Nature" ability to fulfill the needs of animals in Cats & Dogs, Cottage Living, and Horse Ranch. This can also cure illnesses from cats and dogs.
- Fairies can soothe Werewolves and reduce their fury.

- Fairies can hydrate Mermaids and PlantSims.
- Occult Sims such as Mermaids, Werewolves, and Vampires can craft an elixir with the Apothecary skill to fill their needs.
