The 177th update for The Sims 4 was released on March 6, 2025. It updated the game to version 1.113.288.1020 for PC, version 1.113.288.1220 for macOS, and version 2.09 for console.

Sims 4 Base Game / Multipack[]
- Child Sims who were experiencing body deformation have returned to normal proportions.
- Console players can scroll though Tattoos and open Filter Panels with controllers.
- Unit Outlines no longer appear in Build Mode for players who do not own The Sims 4 Businesses and Hobbies Expansion Pack. Players who own the For Rent Expansion Pack will still be able to use its appropriate functionality on Residential Rental lots.
Cats & Dogs[]
- Small Dog Breeds no longer appear distorted in Create a Sim.
