The 165th update for The Sims 4 was released on July 26th, 2024. It updated the game to version 1.108.335.1020 for PC and version 1.108.335.1220 for macOS.

Today's release contains fixes for Sims being mean, inappropriate relationships and phone calls, and adoption. These fixes are available now for PC and Mac. The remaining platforms will follow next week.

- Other Sims no longer are mean for no reason.
- Sims who are related no longer form inappropriate relationships with each other through Neighborhood Stories with “Romance Changes.”
- “Call Adoption Agency” on the phone or computer now works properly.
Lovestruck[]
- Sims no longer receive inappropriate phone calls from relatives.
