The Handyman's House is a Residential lot in SimValley. It is the home of The Repairman and his two kids, Daz and Mia.
Minigame[]
He might fix up your house but he lives like a pig! Tidy up the side of his duplex he assigned you to, and he'll give you a heart! He gives EXTRA hearts if he knows his kid is happy too!
The player and the repairmen's children are split into teams: Player 1 and Daz, and Player 2 and Mia. The goal of the minigame is to clean up your assigned house and keep the Repairman's children happy. Players are able to break their opponent's appliances, which will cause even more of a mess. Every so often, the Repairman will come to check on your progress (around every hour in game time). Keep your house tidy, or at least tidier than your opponent, and you will receive a heart. If the child is taken care of, you will receive a bonus heart. Keep going until you have beaten your opponent.

There are only 3 Sims that will always appear (not including the player's Sims):
In addition, there are NPC neighbors that visit, cuing a "messy neighbor loose!" notification. Though there are options to, you cannot interact with them.
Notes[]
- Players will get a countdown of when the Repairman will visit. There are notifications for when an hour is left, as well as 30 minutes. When he arrives, players are told to be on their best behavior.
- If a player is successful, the Repairman will perform flirtatious actions on the Sim and say, "Your house is so much cleaner than the other one, and my little DAZ/MIA is SOOO happy too! You deserve two hearts!"
- If the other player is unsuccessful, the Repairman will perform mean actions on the Sim and say, "Your house is dirtier than the other one! Why don't you work harder?"
- If a child leaves the house when he arrives, the Repairman will say, "I asked you not to let my child out of the house! I won't give you any hearts if you're this irresponsible!"
- If the player's Sim is outside or in the opponent's house, the Repairman will say, "You're supposed to be watching my place! You'll win no hearts if you wander off!"
Trivia[]
- Although the Repairman's name is Bruno, his name is changed to Hank and he has an alternate appearance when a player wins the minigame. When the winning player's Sim runs to the hot tub with the Repairman, he disappears into a puff of smoke and a new Sim appears, taking the name of Hank.
- Player Sims have maxed cooking and mechanical skills.
- Even though the player's Sims have their own house, they will try to use the other's Sims appliances.
- Neighbor Sims won't appear in the friendship panel until they come to litter the house. They have 50 friendship with the Player's Sims.
- When a messy neighbor arrives, audio to that of a burglar will play.
