It seems like the family was made in Create a Sim as checking Sim Wants and Fears in SimPe refers to them as CAS siblings. Jon Smith Tricou is also referenced an CAS adult, while he really is an elder. It seems like the original parent was deleted and then replaced by Jon Smith.
The siblings’ names are not translated at all. This means that all languages use the same names for them.
