Foreign[]

How is she foreign if she's living *in* her native country??98.184.165.253 (talk) 01:34, April 4, 2014 (UTC)

"Foreign" is from the POV of the playable Sims' home world, whatever it might be. Basically, "foreign Sim" is shorthand for "resident of a WA sub-neighborhood". These Sims aren't playable, but aren't townies, either -- and we have to call them something. Dharden (talk) 02:19, April 4, 2014 (UTC)
I guess that makes sense O: Ribb0nista (talk) 13:46, April 4, 2014 (UTC)
She may not be foreign from the point of her childhood friend Lu, and from Lu's middleaged sister Sima. But she's foreign from the point of someone who, at least supposedly, lived in Sunset Valley all of their life, like Xander Clavell. Actually, i think TS1 referred of an "Old Country" that's implied to be the country where Mortimer and Bella grew up and Michael went to high school. If so, SV would be in the Old Country. Unless SV and Pleasantwiew are both in SimNation, and "Old Country" refers to the country of origin of the Goth, Landgraab, Bachelor, Crumplebottom, and Clavell families... possibly also Langeraks, Darlings (as in Erik), Flores (as in Basil- with NRAAS you can see the "local mini-sim" of SV also have the surname Flores so also as in them), and some others... Kaiko Mikkusu (talk) 17:36, June 28, 2014 (UTC)
