Details for TS3

I would add in these details, but knowing how it's problematic for others to clean after my grammatical messes, I'm not really qualified nor eligible to submit. So if anyone, volunteered, can english-ify it in proper manner? This could help clarifying the article bits and benefit the reader.

Underscored words specifics I would add it that needs grammatical correction:

Sims are now able to visit other inhabited residential lots. Inactive Sims that are invited or pay a visit will not come inside unless asked {Context: Initiated "Invite Inside" by the player through active Sim} <...> For the first time in the series, Sims are able to visit another residential lot. In active household, the player can instruct a Sim to visit it by clicking on the house or the lot's map tag through map view. At least one of the members of the residing household must be present before Sims can visit them. They can still arrive uninhabited and empty {nobody is at home} lot (via "Go Here" method), but will be unable to enter inside its' buildings.
