Invincible Repairman

I have Livin Large expansion pack and I tried to get the repairman's ghost, I even had a potion making machine (from OddSims) and I would make my sim a zombie and have him keep flooding the spa (coincidentally where I left the $3k TV) and the repairman is able to fix it successfully EVEN in water and NOT get electrocuted, WTH ?!?!?!?! is that NPC a god ? --88.203.245.117
