Flooding Basement[]

I remembered that once this page said the basement could be flooded. After reading some things in modthesims (which is quite unrelated), it might be true for Nightlife players, but not if you have newer EPs. I wish someone would check this out. Nikel Talk 02:45, October 2, 2011 (UTC)

Yes, the basement can be flooded, if the house is copied to some n-hoods like Pleasantview or Sample. Mate1234 (talk) 17:49, July 9, 2013 (UTC)
How come? That's interesting. Why does it not flood in Downtown then? Nikel Talk Vote! 07:12, July 11, 2013 (UTC)
Well, houses placed in Pleasantview or Sample are at sea level. Example: when you are creating a pond, water will appear when it comes to sea level. However, water in Downtown is very deep, that´s the reason why it doesn´t flood in Downtown. Mate1234 (talk) 14:56, July 11, 2013 (UTC)
Water level of the neighborhood affects the lot? Woah, I really didn't know that. I thought water level only ever impacts to beach lots... Nikel Talk Vote! 15:10, July 11, 2013 (UTC)
Yup, water level of n-hood affects the lot. That´s the reason why the pond starts creating after certain depth. Mate1234 (talk) 15:13, July 11, 2013 (UTC)
