Hyphenation[]
Note here [1] that the 'Create A World' tool is not hyphenated, yet in this article and on this wiki, it is. Should the hyphens in Create-A-World be eliminated in this article and on the wiki, or is that sort of revision across the board even possible? LostInRiverview 07:58, January 2, 2010 (UTC)
Yet another question[]
Lets say you want to make a hidden lot your Current town can you make it on here then put it in the lots and houses bin and then have it in your neighborhood!
Size and proportions[]
The maximum size of the height map is 2048x2048. Does that mean that the maximum size of a world/neighborhood is 2048x2048m or less? I modified a height map from one that has the size of the mapped area approximately 2,000 meters. Should I rescale it or add more around the edges (it is a lake map with the lake in the middle and the developed area on the sides)? Thanks in advanced. -- AzemOcram 19:28, November 16, 2011 (UTC)

Do I need Sims 3 on my pc to download this??[]

- The Create a World tool gives the player the ability to create and share unique new worlds for The Sims 3.

- Yes, you can download Create-A-World without having The Sims 3 installed. It won't "destroy" your PC, but it does have the same requirements like The Sims 3. CAW renders entire 3D images from flat maps. Ѧüя◎ґ (talk) 01:02, May 20, 2013 (UTC)
- As Auror stated, you can download and run Create A World even if you don't have The Sims 3 installed. However, a significant part of creating worlds involves testing them in-game, so any world you create might be significantly buggy or even unplayable, since you won't have the ability to test it in-game. -- LostInRiverview talk ~ blog 01:37, May 20, 2013 (UTC)

Page not found[]
Seems like the download link is unavailable? When I click on it it takes me to the Sims 3 site but it says "page not found". I'm wondering if they took it down? I wanted to download the world creator, is there any other way to download it?
