Susan Burb is one of the pre-made, yet unplayable, deceased ancestral Sims who resided during her lifetime in Pleasantview, the neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2. She was the wife of Benjamin, the mother of Brad, the grandmother of John, and the great-grandmother of Lucy. Although she is deceased when the game begins, she appears in the family tree of her grandson.
According to Susan's SimDNA in SimPE, her hair was blonde before it turned gray. According to her age data, she had 11 days left in the elder life stage when she died. Like most pre-made deceased Sims from The Sims 2, she is completely unplayable without the use of hacks or third-party programs, such as SimPE.
Though Susan's character data was deleted, regenerating her with SimPE is a tad easier than most dead ancestors, as her facial features are almost, if not identical to, those of the 22nd Maxis face template in Create a Sim, unlike most unresurrectable Sims that have customized facial features.
