Stubborn is a pet trait featured in The Sims 4: Cats & Dogs. It can only be given to dogs, though cats have a similar trait called Spoiled.
These dogs don't like being told what to do. Scolding them doesn't do much to change their misbehaviors, but you can try begging them to stop.
