Soccer team player is a career track in The Sims 4: Discover University. It is an afterschool activity that is only available to university students (excluding early graduated teens^[TS4:HSY]).

Beach Ball
A beach ball gets thrown onto the field from the stands...	Try kicking the soccer ball at the beach ball.	Success: <Sim name> executes a highlight real kick, as the soccer ball deflects off the beach ball, and goes directly into the opponent's net! GOAL! The opponent's goalie is left staring in disbelief at what's taken place.
	Try kicking the soccer ball at the beach ball.	Failure: <Sim name> demonstrates her soccer prowess, as the kicked ball perfectly connects with the beach ball... Unfortunately it bounces off in an unexpected direction and smacks directly into a teammate's face, causing a minor injury.
	Yell to get the referee's attention.	Success: <Sim name> yells for a ref, and points towards the beach ball bouncing across the field. The game is momentarily paused, as the official removes the extra ball from the field. Not only does the momentary break give <Sim name> a quick breather, but the ref gives <him/her> a nod of appreciation.
	Yell to get the referee's attention.	Failure: Trying to follow the rules, <Sim name> shouts at the referee to get their attention and get the beach ball cleared from the field. Oblivious to what's taking place though, the referee thinks <Sim name> is simply being aggressive, and gives <him/her> a yellow card for yelling at an official.

You're closing in on an opponent who has the ball...	Try to steal the ball.	Success: <Sim name> demonstrates <his/her> superior soccer skills and steals the ball from <his/her> opponent.

The game's not over, but you're running out of energy...	Chug a Power-Sip energy drink	Success: The Power-Sip is coursing through <Sim name>'s veins! With the immediate boost of energy, <Sim name> is ready to leap back onto the field, refreshed and ready to go.

Suddenly, <his/her> stomach churns... uggh, the combination of Power Sip and adrenaline is somewhat overpowering and very unpleasant. That'll definitely take <Sim name> off <his/her> game.

	Take a rest on the bench.	Failure: <Sim name> pulls <himself/herself> from the match, hoping to take a moment to recharge on the bench. <He/She> must be more tired than <he/she> realizes though, because <he/she> promptly falls asleep right on the sideline!
Running down the wing
You've got the ball, and you're running down the wing...	Execute a piercing pass to a teammate.	Success: As <Sim name> races to saves^[sic] the ball, <he/she> notices a teammate who has been left open on the opposite side of the field. <Sim name> executes a powerful long pass, connecting with <his/her> teammate, who promptly scores a goal!

Guarded Opponent
The opponent you're guarding is about to receive a pass...	Work with your teammates to intercept the pass.	Success: All the time spent practicing with teammates pays off... Without having to say a word, <Sim name>'s team positions themselves perfectly to intercept the pass, and <he/she> ends up with the ball.
