Soccer team player is a career track in The Sims 4: Discover University. It is an afterschool activity that is only available to university students (excluding early graduated teens^[TS4:HSY]).

1) Trainee

A beach ball gets thrown onto the field from the stands...	Try kicking the soccer ball at the beach ball.	Success:

	Yell to get the referee's attention.	Success: <SimName> yells for a ref, and points towards the beach ball bouncing across the field. The game is momentarily paused, as the official removes the extra ball from the field. Not only does the momentary break give <SimName> a quick breather, but the ref gives him/her/them a nod of appreciation.
	Yell to get the referee's attention.	Failure: Trying to follow the rules, <SimName> shouts at the referee to get their attention and get the beach ball cleared from the field. Oblivious to what's taking place though, the referee thinks <SimName> is simply being aggressive, and gives him/her/them a yellow card for yelling at an official.

You're closing in on an opponent who has the ball...	Try to steal the ball.	Success: <SimName> demonstrates his/her/their superior soccer skills and steals the ball from his/her/their opponent.

The game's not over, but you're running out of energy...	Chug a Power-Sip energy drink	Success: The Power-Sip is coursing through <SimName>'s veins! With the immediate boost of energy, <SimName> is ready to leap back onto the field, refreshed and ready to go.

You've got the ball, and you're running down the wing...	Execute a piercing pass to a teammate.	Success: As <SimName> races to saves^[sic] the ball, he/she/they notices a teammate who has been left open on the opposite side of the field. <SimName> executes a powerful long pass, connecting with his/her/their teammate, who promptly scores a goal!

Without having to say a word, <SimName>'s team positions themselves perfectly to intercept the pass, and he/she/they ends up with the ball.

An opponent has the ball and is about to shoot...	Position yourself to block the shot.	Success: All the time spent practicing with teammates pays off... Without having to say a word, <SimName>'s team positions themselves perfectly to intercept the pass, and he/she/they ends up with the ball.
