Sinjon Frank is a pre-created Sim who is deceased before the start of the game, he had at one point lived in Bridgeport. He died from Thirst and rests behind the theater, between dumpsters. He has 9 points in the Athletic skill and 6 in cooking skill. He has a purplish skin.
