SimCity Beach is a Downtown lot in The Sims: Hot Date.
Overall, there is not much for Sims to do here. They can purchase swimwear even though there is nowhere for them to swim on this lot. However, they can relax here and get a drink from the bar and listen to some music from the jukebox. If they are hungry, they can buy hot dogs. There is a rental shack so Sims can play with boats and this would be a good lot to have a picnic.
If House Party is installed (excluding compilation packs), the swimsuit store will have a Hawaiian theme; otherwise, it will be a generic retail store.
