Sierra Phillips is a pre-made townie residing in Belladonna Cove, the neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2: Apartment Life. She can be made playable by befriending and asking her to move in, or by marrying her. Like all pre-made townies, Sierra's relationships with other townies are usually randomized at the start of the game. She is employed in the Law Enforcement career as a Lieutenant.
