A mini sheep
Sheep, also Mini Sheep, are a minor pet introduced in The Sims 4: Horse Ranch and in the "Sims and Simsibility" for The Sims FreePlay.
The Sims 4: Horse Ranch[]
Sims can adopt mini sheep along with mini goats in the adoption menu on the computer. When bought, they will be placed in the Sim's inventory and can be placed in the world as well as named.
Once placed in the world, mini sheep can be cared for, socialize, and help with gardening. Mini sheep can be sheared once a day for simoleons; if Cottage Living is also installed, however, the mini sheep can be sheared for wool as well.
Simoleons gained is determined by the sheep's happiness and the type of sheep being shorn. Each sheep category has a base simoleon yield; this yield is 50% of its normal value when the sheep is Unhappy, 75% of its normal value when the sheep's mood is Fine, and 150% when the sheep is Very Happy.
A sheep's color also determines the type of Cottage Living wool yielded when shearing it for wool. The sheep yields one wool item per harvest, and sheep's wool quality is determined by its happiness: an Unhappy sheep's wool is always Poor, a Fine sheep's wool is always Normal, a Happy sheep's wool is randomly either Normal or Outstanding, and a Very Happy sheep's wool is always Outstanding.
Dalmatian sheep, which are multi-colored, have a high chance of yielding white wool when shorn and a low chance of yielding black wool.
Since they are objects, they can be resized. Werewolves can also devour them.
Ways to Adopt a Mini Sheep[]
- Open your sims phone and click the "Home" icon. Then Scroll down to "Call Ranch Animal Exchange". From here you will see the option "Buy Mini Goats & Mini Sheep".
- In the World of Chestnut Ridge, in the Neighborhood of New Appaloosa, just down the street from the bar there is one building that is actually clickable and from here you can "Shop for Mini Goats & Mini Sheep". Building is called Bits And Bales Mercantile.
- Build Mode -> Hay Now! Horse Bed - Once Purchased and placed on a lot there is an option to "Call Ranch Animal Exchange..." then "Buy Mini Goats & Sheep"
- Build Mode -> Hay Now! Animal Feeder - Once Purchased and placed on a lot there is an option to "Call Ranch Animal Exchange..." then "Buy Mini Goats & Sheep"

The Sims Freeplay[]
Sheep can be unlocked in The Sims Freeplay by renovating all the houses in Rustic Acres after the player has already renovated the Sandy Suburbs neighborhood. After completion the player can purchase sheep from the pet store for 25 LP.
With sheep pets, Sims can feed and cuddle them.
