The Second Looks Thrift Emporium is a thrift shop availible in The Urbz: Sims in the City (handheld) within the district of Urbania in Miniopolis. It is owned by Phoebe Twiddle, who moved from SimValley as the shop keeper for Nicki Knack's Bric-a-Brac to opening her own store in Miniopolis.
The Second Looks Thrift Emporium is only open between 9am and 10pm.

The biggest draw of the Thrift Emporium is its shop. It works as a general store where the player can buy various furniture, decor, and skill-building objects. However, its offerings are cheaper than later stores and therefore tend to get outclassed by furniture that can be bought later in the game. The thrift shop participates in the auctions that happen between 5pm and 7pm.
Other than the storefront, there is a mirror next to the cashier that players can use to increase their charisma skill. The clothing racks near the ovens at the back of the store can be used to change the player's clothing.

If an Urb is currently in the Second Looks Thrift Emporium, they will respond to the phone with the following message:
Hi there. I'll be shopping at the thrift store <for a little while.>

Berkeley Clodd, who gives the player a mission to buy a shrunken head from the store, can be found in front of the Thrift Emporium at times. However, he'll never go inside. (According to him, Phoebe banned him from going in.)
