Scotty Almost is an NPC residing in Urbzville from The Urbz: Sims in the City for console. He appears in all districts as the bouncer for each district's VIP room.
He is seen denying Jayde entry to a club in the intro cinematic.
It's possible that Scotty's name is a reference to the producer of The Urbz, Scot Amos.
