Sarah Crittur is a pre-made playable large dog from the Crittur family, which is added to the family bin of every neighborhood that is updated with the secret sub-neighborhood Pets from The Sims 2: Pets. The Crittur family consists of her and her mate, Danny. Sarah is pregnant with Danny's puppies. Her only memory is of meeting Danny.
Sarah is a Samoyed and does not wear a collar. Her learned commands include Speak. Her personality consists of a middle alignment between genius-doofus and independent-friendly, while being hyper, aggressive, and a pigpen.
As Danny and Sarah appear in the family bin by themselves, with only 200 Simoleons, they must be merged into another household to be played unless a cheat is involved.

- By default, her pregnancy has the incorrect father NID, resulting in her puppies almost always being fathered by someone other than Danny. This error can be fixed with hacks and mods like SimPE, the InSimenator, and the Sim Blender, which allow the player to edit a sim's pregnancy. Ultimate Collection users are safe from this error, as it was fixed with the Seasons patch.
- Hacks have been known to cause problems with Sarah's pregnancy.
