Sandra Barnham is a pre-made playable Sim and a castaway on Felicity Island, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Castaway Stories. She is one of the survivors of the Queen Solomon and gets stranded at the Barren Banks. Sandra is initially found there by the protagonist in the Shipwrecked and Single story, along with most of the other survivors: Hugh Bailey, Gina Gibson, Robby Smith, and Emma Langsford. In her dialogue with the protagonist, she mentions that she's married and that her hobby is gardening - leading her to hope that her husband has been tending her garden while she's away, as she "doesn't want to leave one jungle just to return to another".
At the end of the story, when the helicopter arrives, Hugh, Gina, and Sandra appear to be finally rescued. However, they get dropped back on the island for getting on Ron Condor's nerves and nearly crashing the helicopter. Sandra's family bio says that she annoyed Ron by repeatedly mentioning her "prized begonias". She will be found in the neighborhood's family bin when the story is finished.
Sandra has the Fortune aspiration and the Aries zodiac sign. As far as personality goes, Sandra is very outgoing, but also very serious. She has no skill points, and her interests will be randomized when she first appears in-game. Despite the story script indicating that she is married, she is actually single in-game.
Even though none of her facial features use any of the broken Maxis face templates in Create a Sim, when Sandra becomes an elder, it becomes clear that her facial features are nonetheless broken.
