Sam Bagley is a pre-made deceased Sim who once lived in Riverview. He is Ma's deceased husband, the father of Rhoda and Sherman, and the former patriarch of the Bagley family. He drowned as an elder and is buried in the Old Town Cemetery. Oddly, Sam is unlucky, yet he died of drowning. Normally, unlucky Sims cannot die by any other method aside from old age. Sherman's bio implies that has father's death happened due to his involvement in criminal activities.
He may be a spoof of Ma Barker's husband, George Elias.
