Ruth Bell (née Zingle) is a premade deceased Sim from The Sims 2: FreeTime. She is the wife of Bartholomew Bell, the mother of Issac Bell, and the grandmother of Daniel Bell. She died recently after Issac grew up into adult according to Issac's memories. She taught him all toddler skills, excluding Nursery Rhyme. Not much is known about her because she is deceased at the beginning of the game, and she is barely mentioned. Strangely, she died as an adult, just like most deceased Sims in Desiderata Valley.
