Russ Bear is a one of the premade burglars in Pleasantview, one of the premade neighborhoods that ships with The Sims 2. He also appears in custom neighborhoods. In addition to robbing residential lots, he may occasionally pass through downtown.
He is the least common burglar to appear if a house is broken into.
It is possible that he sometimes appears under the name "Amin Bear". When opening his character file in SimPE, the label "N001_User00082 - Amin" can be seen.
