Rose Greenman is a pre-made playable PlantSim residing in Riverblossom Hills, the neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2: Seasons. She is married to Jason Greenman, who is a normal Sim. She has a PlantSim daughter, Daisy, who was grown from a spore and whose father is the ideal plantsim. When the family is first played, she has a locked want to flirt with her husband. She is 22 days away from becoming an elder. Rose is voiced by Gerri Lawlor. She appears in the neighborhood picture in the summer photo. Despite this, summer does not occur in Riverblossom Hills.

The Greenman family album implies that Rose was part of a society of naturally-occurring PlantSims in the mountains near Riverblossom Hills. Her husband seems to be so interested in PlantSim life that he also has a locked want to become one. Their home is ideal for her and her daughter, as it features a massive greenhouse roof as opposed to a traditional one, and a large tree growing inside the house. It is also the only house in the neighborhood that starts off in the spring season.

Rose has a Family aspiration and, like her husband, her lifetime want is to reach her golden anniversary. She starts off unemployed. She has four skill points in charisma, cleaning and creativity, two in logic and one in body and cooking. As a PlantSim, she also has a gold talent badge in gardening. Rose is known by nearly everyone in Riverblossom Hills, so she can be considered a neighborhood celebrity to some extent, but most have a want for her to become a normal Sim. This is because Sims with an aspiration other than Knowledge generally fear other life states.

Since Daisy is a reproduction of Rose, they share the same personality as well as skill points. What makes them different is that Daisy has a bronze badge in gardening and a different zodiac sign. As can be seen from her eyebrows, Rose has brown hair. She also possesses the genes for green eyes and dark skin, which would be confirmed in-game after drinking a Plantophic-C potion, and can also pass if she gives birth to a normal Sim. Her genes for eye and skin color were passed on to Daisy.

Besides all the pre-made Sims from the college and secret sub-neighborhoods, who only appear to be created in Create a Sim with possible little extra details, Rose is the only playable character who has no ancestors in the family tree. This sets her apart from Pollination Tech#9 Smith, who is also from a different life state and joined the Sims civilization later in his life, but has ancestors. Unusually, she considers her brother-in-law, Gabe O'Mackey, family and vice versa; in The Sims 2, when Sims marry in-game, their in-laws are not tagged as family.

Fittingly, if FreeTime is installed, Rose's predetermined hobby is nature, due to her sloppy and playful personality.
