Rod Tutti (or Rod Party Guys) is a Sim residing in SimValley. He is one of the few Sims that the player's Sim can marry.

In The Sims for console, he is a part of the Party Guys household. He is interested in Travel, The '60s, and Sports. He also appears in the Taylor's Place multiplayer game with his roommates Woody, Peter, and Randy. He wears a red cowboy shirt, jeans, red boots, and a cowboy hat.

In The Sims Bustin' Out, he lives at 2 Free Street with Peter, Woody, and Ziggy. In The Sims, he has a fourth roommate, Randy, who is absent from the Bustin' Out version.
