Robbie Bland is a pre-made burglar from Sunset Valley. He can be made playable by asking him to move in, or by marrying him. He doesn't have any skills or relationships at the start of the game. He only has three traits and no favorites. His female counterpart is Twyla Summers.
His name seems to be a reference to what he does; "Rob", and his rather plain appearance and preset clothing being "Bland". It may also be a reference to the expression "rob you blind".
